1. Completely close the game and restart it.
2. Enter the in-game [Shop].
3. Tap the same price tag as the product you purchased. (When the payment window appears, please close it without proceeding with the payment.)
※ No actual charge will be made during this process; it is to re-verify missing items through the store.
If the items are still missing after trying the above: You must request a cancellation directly through App Store Customer Support according to Apple's policy.

- If your refund is rejected by Apple, please contact our Customer Support with your payment receipt (including th Order ID), and we will do our best to assist you.
- If the items are delivered after your refund has been completed, please contact our Customer Support to request a retrieval of the items.
